Mr. Santosh Marathe has 37 years of work experience, with the last 24 years in Healthcare. Currently, he is the Chief Operating Officer at NMC Healthcare Abu Dhabi. Santosh has played key roles in strategic advisory, business alliances, project planning, and service excellence. Recognized among the top 100 Healthcare leaders by IFAH Dubai, he frequently speaks at national and international forums on topics like Big Data, Supply Chain Management, and Digital Healthcare.
Chris Lengle has been a registered nurse for over seventeen years, starting in the stepdown ICU at twenty. He has worked in telemetry, medical-surgical, behavioral health, leadership, and travel nursing throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Chris brings a fun and educational perspective to the profession. He wrote the award-winning book “The Male Nurse Survival Guide” to educate nurses on the nuances of the profession not taught in nursing school.
Dr. Armstrong studied Nursing at Murray State University and graduated with a BSN in 1995. She graduated in with an MSN focusing on Nursing Education in 2011. She completed a DNP with a focused on Organizational Leadership in 2015. She is currently an Associate Professor of Nursing at Murray State University. Her major areas of research are nursing workplace incivility and nursing education.
